Cypress Home Care is a locally owned and operated agency with nurses from your community who care about you and your family. We have been providing home health care services to residents of N.E. Texas for over 10 years. Cypress Home Care is small enough to know the meaning of family but large enough to provide state of the art services to our clients, while getting to know them personally Cypress Home Care covers N.E. Texas with eight locations throughout N.E. Texas.

  • We have thirteen offices covering all of North East Texas and South East Oklahoma.

  • We provide these disciplines: RN, LVN, Nurse Aide, P. T., S.T., O.T., & M. S. W.
  • We are on call twenty four hours a day seven days a week.

  • We have a compliance department not just a compliance person.
  • We have an in house nurse education department to ensure each nurse is properly trained and updated on changes.
  • We provide each nurse with six full weeks of in the field, individualized training, with a seasoned nurse preceptor.
  • We provide each of our director of nurses with two float R.N.s, in addition to their normal staff, to ensure we have the staff available to always meet your needs as well as the needs of our patients.
  • We know that by working together to form a working relationship, will insure: a continuum of care with the best possible outcomes for the patient, allow the patient to remain at home where they want to be, gain your trust and respect, decrease faxes, decrease your time spent dealing with multiple home health care agencies, increase patient compliance with their care and follow up doctor appointments.
